Those drivers will not work on a non-Apple PC (but I don’t know for certain). Bootcamp is included with recent version of Apple’s OS X operating system. To support such an installation, and Bootcamp includes drivers that enable Windows running on an Apple computer to read (but not write) an HFS+ formatted disk.
